"I was very impressed with the venue; the rooms, wedding facilities, and restaurant were all beautiful and exceptional. However, I was unfortunately not as satisfied with the staff's service. Our room was not prepared by 2:00 PM. On two occasions, drinks we were still enjoying were cleared away without prior inquiry, and I also ordered coffee twice that I never received. Furthermore, items from our fridge, which we had paid for, were taken by the cleaning staff when we returned after breakfast to retrieve our snacks and drinks. This was quite disappointing."
