"Absolutely wonderful service from the entrance. Enjoyed the views and drinks. Felt like a 5 star experience if it wasn’t for the security at the gate. Upon arrival we were told we are at the wrong entrance even though it was the correct entrance. We were then told if you don’t have an appointment we can’t accept you. We stood outside for a bit luckily a second security welcomed us so nicely and arranged a chauffeur to take us to the foyer where we were welcomed so nicely and taken to the bar. Our waiters were lovely and helped us feel comfortable from the get go. Thank you Saxon you owe us nothing. Just hope you can improve on the way your security attends guests when arriving. But other than that we were happy!"
