"Great room for the price. I had a large living area with couch, desk, and kitchen. There was a balcony and bedroom. The size for the price was great. I had two issues: Housekeeping kept taking the towels and not replacing them. I had to put in requests for clean towels. The refrigerator did not work. They were unable to fix it and did not have a replacement. Other than that, everything else was great. Nice, friendly staff, great location, plenty of security, and the Orchard restaurant offered tasty food. I would book there again."

"it was hard to give this a overall 4 or 5 star hotel primarily because it was not as I expected. The room was rather dated, although very clean, the TV does not stream any channels and it is outdated. Some of the furniture is worn. the windows were not sealed and leaked air. The gym is so small and outdated. It cannot accommodate more than 3 people and has one set of weights. The breakfast buffet was very good. I did order room service for dinner because there are not restaurants nearby only fast food types of places. This is not a place for a single female solo traveler. The areas is unsafe at night and most of the businesses have left the Central Business District. Even the Uber driver asked me why I was staying at this location, I checked out the next day. i asked for a refund of the balance of the my 4 night prepaid reservation, but we could not work that out, nor could Booking.com. I will never prepaid for rooms again, Lesson learned, the deals for prepaid may not be worth it. Get to the place and pay at the end of your stay. I had no problem with the staff or service. I think staff were very nice. Its a hotel for the locals but not for out of towners"

"My husband and I were just here to order in dinner and sleep, but it was nice. Cheap, clean, and the room was very large. We were also able to bring drinks from their bar up to our room which was a huge plus. It felt very safe and getting an Uber to the airport the next AM was quick and easy."
