We felt welcome from the minute we arrived at the Security Gate where we were welcomed with a friendly smile and directions of where to go. The Reception Staff, Porter and everyone who assisted us made us feel welcome. We specifically loved the welcome letter to our little French Bulldog. The food and room service excellent. We were served a world class breakfast in the morning.

"Wow, I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I haven’t stopped talking about how incredible our wedding weekend at Drostdy was, and neither have our friends and family.
I’m a bit of a control freak by nature, but after visiting the venue just once more than a year before our wedding, I felt so comfortable and confident that everything was under control that I didn’t go back again until our wedding day. They absolutely blew us away.
The staff are on another level. I have never seen a more efficient, friendly and professional team in my life. Everything ran so smoothly. Even when we arrived an hour earlier than expected to our reception, the harvest table and drinks were ready within minutes. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every staff member was willing to help and answer questions with a smile.
And then the food. I have genuinely never eaten such delicious food at a wedding before, it was a culinary experience. The steak was perfection, the dessert was amazing, and the pavlova cake was out of this world. Our vegan guests said it was the best meal they had ever had, and one even admitted to indulging in the non-vegan cheese on the harvest table because it was just that good.
From start to finish, the entire weekend was flawless. We felt like royalty. Returning to our room to find towel swans, rose petals and bubbles was such a thoughtful touch, and a staff member even went out of her way to help set up candles for a surprise candlelit bath. The next morning, we were blown away again when we saw that our decor had already been neatly packed into crates, making collection so easy.
We are so grateful to the entire team, they made our wedding unforgettable and truly exceeded every expectation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
