One caveat tho - The manager or whatever the guy is, is an idiot on a power trip. When we get there we are told how fast the carts are and how much better it is than Compucart, but as soon as we start driving this guy (assuming he is the manager) is constantly clicking this remote thingy that cuts the power of my cart. The guys on the track are also constantly telling me to slow down but the whole idea of go carting is to set a new record (how am I supposed to do that when my cart is constantly being limited) ? Absolutely pathetic experience and people who run that place."

If you pay for 15 laps for a young kid, you do not get 15 laps for the young kid. Some of his laps were allocated to the faster guys on the track so everyone finishes at the same time!
What a great business model to rob young kids in the pursuit of maximising your profits!
And then to top it off, Karts are throttled to reduce power as they see fit.
They need to change their name to INFERIOR Karting.
