"The information desk is far and few between so if you don't know the shopping centre it can be overwhelming trying to find the shops you need to go too. Basically you ask shops around to get to your destination. And the whole set up of the mall is disorganised having to go across to find dischem. I didn't enjoy my experience"

"Very busy place. I was dropped off by the Uber driver and felt very uncomfortable from the moment. I stepped out of the Uber.. because it was so busy and so many different people is the first time in South Africa that I didn't feel completely safe. now when I went inside, there was lots of wonderful stores and shops and I did buy several things. The best part of it all was there was a gentleman playing the violin. It was so awesome. That really made this a great experience coming here .overall I would definitely return to come here, but would prefer not to be alone."

I don't generally come shopping here. I find the lay out rather confusing and the parking even more so.
Adequate Signage in the parking area is very sadly lacking.
I drove around looking for parking and then couldn't find the entrance to the shops.
Once I was done, I took quite a few wrong turns trying to find an exit due to lack of signs pointing out where to exit"
