Some of the oldest and most exotic trees grow here and reading up on the history is interesting. I loved having a genuinely quiet spot in the city on a Sunday. Enough benches, and waste bins. With a good mix of paths and grass spaces along with a wetland area it’s a happily place.
Quite popular for photo shoots. All dogs must be on leash. Security does patrols which helps with feeling safe. There is a school with a hockey field bordering the property, so you may hear match sounds but only in one section."
