I am very disappointed with this company. When Walter came through to do the assessment, he was very friendly. Alas! When I paid the deposit, he never showed up to my house, just sent his team who did not do a great job until I complained. He said he would let me the mosaic, he didn't, he just put whatever he chose, which I decided to ignore. Then he lied they would show up a particular day, they didn’t. He said he would call me in 5 mins, he only called back the next day - zero apologies. He keeps asking for deposit which I have paid and doesn't respond to my messages. At this point I don't even know if they will finish the work and when. It has been over two weeks. I find this very disrespectful.
Update: following posting my review, the owner Arnold called me, accusing me of putting a fictitious comment. Awaiting Walter to show up today as he has promised before revise or update this review further."
