Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the Singapore Maritime Gallery as a 'hidden gem' offering a free, enriching experience. It's praised for its educational exhibits on Singapore's maritime history and future, interactive elements for kids, and beautiful ocean views. While some note limited hands-on activities for children, the overall consensus is that it's a worthwhile and insightful visit for all ages.

"An excellent museum with exhibits on the history of Singapore as a port, reclaimed artefacts from prominent shipwrecks, examples of local aquatic life and simulation games to give you a feel for some of the challenges of being a container port hub. The fifth star is given because the amazing museum is free.

Pro Tip
An excellent place to spend a little time while waiting for a ferry. Be sure to visit the observation deck on the 3rd floor as well to get some astounding views of the South Marina area."
