From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous and helpful, guiding passengers with clear instructions for check-in, security, and boarding. The entire process was seamless — luggage handling, immigration, and boarding were all quick and well-coordinated. The waiting lounges were comfortable and air-conditioned, with seating areas, snack counters, and restrooms easily accessible.
The location of the Cruise Centre is fantastic, situated near VivoCity Mall and Sentosa, so you get beautiful views of the sea and city before even boarding. Watching the massive cruise ship docked right at the terminal was a breathtaking sight — a perfect beginning to an exciting sea journey.
Inside the terminal, there are shops and small cafés where you can grab a quick snack or coffee while waiting for departure. The entire place is well-maintained and gives off a modern, international vibe.
