What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a world-class destination, highlighting the immersive experiences and conservation efforts. The Night Safari is a standout, offering a unique nocturnal adventure. However, some find the ticket prices a bit steep, and a few reviews mention a limited number of visible animals in certain areas.
"Our family really enjoyed the Singapore zoo! We love that you feel like you are in the forest when you are at the zoo. Also, the animals seem to be out in the open way more than other zoos we have been (San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego). I'm used to them hiding or sleeping, but pretty much everyone was on full display.
The zoo was mapped nicely and flowed well. It was just the right size for a 1 day trip.
I would recommend this as a fun day trip in Singapore for families."

"We had such a lovely time at Rainforest Wild Asia! It’s full of little adventures and suitable for all ages. My 13 month old enjoyed walking the flat paths and searching for animals. There are two routes, one adventurous and one on flat ground so it’s great for families with young and old. I love that the animals are in natural habitats and we get to spot them along the way. A beautiful family experience!"

"One of the best zoos I’ve ever visited. We bought the 5 park ticket over 5 days access and so glad we did because you can do 1-2 attractions a day max. Each one can be a full day on its own (Zoo, Birds of Paradise, River Wonders, Rainforest Wild, and the Night Safari). It is more a wildlife reserve than zoo.
Highly recommend the 5 park pass - totally worth it! And make sure you visit each park as they each have their own amazing attractions."
