What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark for its absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of Singapore's skyline, Gardens by the Bay, and the bay area, especially during sunset and at night. While some find the ticket price steep, many agree the unforgettable vistas and architectural marvel make it a worthwhile experience. The Spectra light show viewed from above is a particular highlight.
"The SkyPark Observation Deck sits atop the three towers of the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel.
It's a colossal, cantilevered platform, often likened to a ship resting 56 stories above the city.
Perched at approximately 200 meters, it offers unparalleled 360-degree panoramic views of Singapore.
From this vantage point, visitors can clearly see the lush Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay.
You can also spot the Singapore Flyer, the city's port, and the shimmering Strait.
The deck provides a perfect setting for daytime sightseeing and breathtaking golden-hour photography.
It is an essential destination for experiencing Singapore's skyline from its highest public point.
While access is ticketed, it grants views of the exclusive, adjacent Infinity Pool reserved for hotel guests.
In the evenings, it offers a privileged view of the Spectra light and water show across Marina Bay.
The SkyPark truly embodies modern architectural marvel and serves as a world-class viewing platform."

"The view was stunning.
You can see gardens by the bay, merlin, flyer and many more. The deck is only a portion on the boat like structure in the top of 3towers we can't have a full round. But still views are good.
I would say it's super pricy. There are few restaurants at that level. Try to dine / have food there so that you can have better value for money"

"The SkyPark Observation Deck on top of Marina Bay Sands is one of Singapore’s most iconic attractions, offering unforgettable panoramic views. From the terrace, you can take in the full city skyline, spot ships waiting in the harbor, and enjoy sweeping aerial views of Gardens by the Bay.
Tickets are available on-site, but booking online in advance is the smarter choice—especially if you’re combining your visit with other Marina Bay attractions. The entrance is at Tower 3, and the route through the hotel lobby already sets the tone. A short elevator ride brings you up to the open-air deck, where a small kiosk offers drinks and light snacks.
There’s no fixed time limit on your stay, but it’s worth checking the operating hours, peak/off-peak ticket categories, and the daily cleaning break around 17:00. Midday visits can be very hot, so timing your visit for early morning, late afternoon, or evening can be more comfortable.
The 360° views are stunning at any hour—sunrise, sunset, or nighttime when the city and Singapore River are illuminated. The experience is smooth and well organized, with accessible entry, helpful staff, and plenty of space for photos or simply soaking in the views.
A visit to the SkyPark is a must for anyone wanting to see Singapore from its most spectacular vantage point.
Alternative might be the Singapore flyer nearby, but this is higher."

Maximizing Your Visit: Tips from Travelers
While the observation deck offers incredible views, some Reddit users suggest that dining at the restaurants on the same level might offer better value for money compared to just the ticket price. This allows you to enjoy the views while having a meal. Remember that tripods are not permitted on the observation deck, so plan your photography accordingly.
It's also worth noting that the SkyPark is a portion of the ship-like structure, not the entire thing, but the views are still considered excellent by most. Be aware of potential daily cleaning breaks around 5 PM that might temporarily affect access.
