Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the immersive rainforest experience and the stunning views from the Treetop Walk. The abundance of wildlife, including monkeys and lizards, adds to the adventure. While the trails are generally well-maintained and accessible, some find the paved paths less 'jungle-like' than expected. The heat and humidity can be challenging, and encounters with monkeys require caution.

"Made an 8 km trek of the Macritchie Treetop Walk. From the Venus Parking area to the sight it was roughly 3km plus an additional kilometer of walking in the Treetop vicinity itself.

We took a couple of hours of leisurely walk admiring nature both flora and fauna. There were several monkeys, lizards, birds, alligators and turtles we found along the way.

We certainly took the time to appreciate the dense forest vegetation and breathe in clean air.

After the walk, we were drenched and exhilarated with the experience. We look forward to a longer walk next time."

"The forest walking path is easy to walk, quiet and fresh. I saw bat and monkeys.

If you choose to go to Treetop Walk, be sure to bring water."

"I loved it. Good walk if you are like me wanting to get out of work and just be with the nature for some time. I did about 13 km walk. It's largely paved. So not a real jungle track. But one of the best close to nature experience you can get in SG. Loved the monkeys. PLS make sure not to feed them. They can get aggressive with food. Watch with distance. No food to be in display :D. Well maintained reserve. Nice tree top walk. I go there every time i come to SG. I used MRT to get there. Was bit of a walk from and to the station. I didn't mind it. I forgot to take a bottle of water. Survived with the water fountains they had in few locations. But highly recommend to take a bottle. There is a small shop to buy refreshments at the Macrichie Reservoir Park. I had some bottled coconut water with ice which was very refreshing. They had a bigger outlet earlier. It's now downsized. You would see many birds, butterflies, tortoise, monitor lizards, skinks and many more. Enjoy the walk. Please help keep the environment clean for the next person. Best to take a small bag to take your rubbish if any. Monkies got intelligent access to bins. So the changes the bins would get raided are high. Enjoy the walk."
