"Decent and scenic dining spot with reasonable pricing. I came during lunch and it was pleasantly quiet with some diners. The space was clean and neat, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
Tried the executive lunch set and had a few dishes: the ceviche (fish of the day), sustainable fish, pork cheek, wagyu, and four desserts (two from the set and two add-ons): the mango and rum roasted pineapple tart, the chocolate and stout dessert, and a banoffee tart which was most memorable for me. burnt pavlova was a pass for me, it was too sweet but my partner enjoyed it as it was refreshing.
Eitherway, each dish was clean-tasting, well-balanced, and served in good portions. The lunch set felt worthwhile for the quality, and the service was warm and attentive. Staff were patient and happy to explain the menu and recommendations if you are keen to learn more.

"If you’re looking for a cool view in a stylish bar, Level33 is definitely the right choice! The beer tasting is highly recommended, but the cider was also super tasty. We didn’t have a reservation at first and got a standing table outside in the smoking area, but later we were moved to a better spot :) We didn’t order any food, but the bar has a very pleasant atmosphere, a stunning view, and super friendly staff.
Sure, the prices are a bit higher — but honestly, in which bar in Singapore with such a view would it be any cheaper? If you’d like to sit outside, I’d recommend making a reservation in advance."
