"Meh. Completely meh. The building is stunning, the rooms are clean and ok. THE SERVICE IS THE WORST. Literally no one helped us find the check in counter, the people at the front desk had THE WORST attitude. Zero helpful, zero welcoming, zero information. We knew nothing about the perks, breakfast, nothing. Not one single question regarding our purpose of travelling, she was just ready to sell us an upgrade and that was it. The restaurant at the lobby was good, the only time we had good service and good food. Other than that there's ZILLION upscale options where you can stay with much better service for this price. Not worth the hype... think of staying at the Plaza in NY with zero service. Also tons of noise and restorations. The elevators were always full of service people and not working properly. Definitely ruined our happiness post Thailand and Cambodia. The location is great tho. And that's it.
UPDATE: The GM was very kind to reach out to follow up, this speaks volumes of them caring, which I appreciate as an avid traveler. He also helped me get back my mom's medicine that stayed in the fridge before I left Singapore. Hopefully my experience was just an unfortunate misunderstanding."
