"I had a very disappointing experience. I was in Singapore for just a week and booked a session at this place with only a few hours left before my flight. Unfortunately, due to a glitch, the date didn’t load correctly (it only showed the time) and I accidentally booked for two days later instead of the same day.
I reached out within 20 minutes of booking to explain the issue and requested a cancellation, since I was leaving the country and obviously couldn’t attend. Despite this being a genuine mistake and an immediate request, they refused to refund or cancel, citing a rigid “no cancellation” policy.
It’s deeply disappointing to see a business prioritize a few dollars over basic fairness and customer understanding, especially when the error was clearly unintentional and reported promptly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values integrity, empathy, or customer service.
TL;DR: No cancellation and no refunds, even after minutes of booking. Don't recommend for traveller's.

I booked a 3:00 PM slot at 2:51 PM and was at your place by 2:58 PM, not “over an hour later,” as you claim. I spoke to your staff in person, immediately, about the date error. There was no mention whatsoever of a PayNow refund. Please don’t twist facts that can be easily verified.
The only “solution” you offered was to go to another branch far away, pay extra because it was “peak hours,” and somehow drag along my heavy suitcase. That’s not a solution, that’s pure inconvenience disguised as help.
Your staff were uncooperative, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. What’s worse is seeing you double down with false statements instead of simply acknowledging what happened. This experience showed me everything I needed to know about your customer service: rigid, defensive, and utterly inconsiderate."
