"People who appreciate Village Hotel Changi are those who stay seeking tranquility and local delights. I have stayed at this establishment many times over the years and have always enjoyed my visits.
The rooms are decently furnished and I love the environmentally friendly tips placed around the room of this Eco-Certified hotel. Although I would have appreciated bedroom slippers against the cold floor! But really, good on them for being green!
The rooftop infinity(?) pool is a quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life. That and the bar offer views of the sea and beach nearby.
My son and I went to the gym which has a wide range of machines, all hidden from the entrance around the curving room.
Village Hotel Changi has its own restaurants although just down the road is literally a buffet of eating options, from mouthwatering hawker food to restaurant fare to suit any palate.
Guests can walk off their meals at quaint shops at Changi Village, the nearby Changi Beach or even take a shuttle bus to Changi Airport.
Will always want to come back for a staycation."
