"why customers services are very deeply poor in russia? I do not know. I had ever travel around the world. Russian is very bad customer service in all over the world. Crazy!!!!! We push entrance bell, no one come out. No security. So we were going inside and we met one guy who is sitting and did not care bll ring. That's suck service. We asked that still open or not this time. The guy answered that " Closed" his reply was that all."
