"The castle is not very big and you cannot actually go inside it, but you can gain free access to the plot of land it is on and walk around it. Some parts have succumbed to the march of time but generally speaking, the walls still look pretty impressive. It is also situated in the oldest neighbourhoods of Taroot Island and so you can enjoy a stroll through narrow alleyways once you've done the castle. There is also a very nice restaurant right across the road."
