What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The City Park of Culture and Leisure in Surgut is seen as a decent spot for a family outing, offering classic amusement park vibes. However, visitors frequently express disappointment with the limited number of operational attractions, long queues, and confusing, often expensive, ticket policies, particularly for young children.
"Terrible park! I stood with my children for 40 minutes to get discounted tickets. Of the attractions, two are open. The queue for them is an hour. In the end, we played on the trampoline for 200 rubles. And pop the balloon for 300 rubles for two (600)."

"Good day!
Today the children from the camp visited the amusement park as a group, they decided to ride the cars, ages 12 and up are allowed.
The woman kicked the children out, didn't let them ride for the full time because the cars were expensive and the boys were playing around.
My daughter rides carefully, please take action."

"Today, June 1st, Children's Day, we came to Neftyanikov Park to have fun!!! It's even a tradition, every year in the same place at the same time! The park is beautiful, there's plenty of fresh air and entertainment, delicious snacks, and of course, fun carousels! But!!! Our one-and-a-half-year-olds weren't allowed on any of the carousels. They even sold tickets, and we bought them, requiring separate tickets for the child and adult (by the way, this has never happened before). Since when do one-year-olds need tickets? Since when do mother and child get two separate tickets??? That's 400 rubles for one carousel!!!!! Outrage!!! I wish they'd charged admission for each! June 1st always had discounts, special offers, or even free tickets! I'm both outraged and disappointed...
Lower the prices, give kids special offers! What kind of holiday is this????!!!!
In any case, children under a meter tall aren't allowed anywhere, so we returned the tickets. Thanks for the holiday, of course, but there wasn't much fun. I think we'll go somewhere else next year."

Understanding the Attraction Experience
Wait times are another significant factor. Visitors have reported spending considerable time queuing, not just for rides but even for discounted tickets. This can detract from the overall enjoyment, particularly for families with young children who may have limited patience. The park's appeal lies in its traditional attractions, but the current operational capacity and queue management seem to be areas needing improvement to meet visitor expectations.
Navigating Ticket Pricing and Policies
Furthermore, the value proposition of the tickets is questioned when only a few attractions are operational. Visitors have expressed disappointment that special occasions, like Children's Day, do not always offer the expected discounts or special offers. The cost of individual activities, such as trampolines or balloon popping, has also been noted as relatively high. It is highly recommended for visitors to clarify all ticket policies and understand the exact requirements for each attraction before purchasing to avoid surprises.
