What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Primorsky Embankment for its beautiful coastal views, well-maintained promenade, and vibrant atmosphere, especially during sunset. The adjacent parks offer a pleasant green escape. However, some reviews mention challenges with cleanliness in certain areas, particularly regarding dishes in nearby accommodations, and the potential for crowds during peak season.
"The medicine is excellent, 5 round, especially many thanks to the chiropractor Andrey Evgenievich Tormyshov. But the accommodation and the room 650 “Junior Superior” were not very cleaned every other time and the set of accessories was minimal, there was shampoo only on the first day, and then shower gel, shower caps were also constantly begged for procedures....and so on.. .so I advise you not to overpay, there was nothing “improved”....."

"A wonderful sanatorium, excellent service and a well-kept park."

"+ sea outside the window;
+ large, well-kept, beautiful park;
- DIRTY DISHES. CONSTANTLY. FOR TWO WEEKS ALREADY. Probably, the staff expects that a large number of elderly people simply will not notice greasy stains, traces of lipstick and remnants of stuck food on the dishes. And it is unpleasant even to pick up the dishes;
- eternal irritation due to the search for clean dishes;
- monotonous food (for 2-3 weeks or more, melancholy will crush you at the sight of noodles and mashed potatoes and always the same green apples);
- a lot of dough;
- small selection of procedures, dirt only for a fee;
+ good medical staff;
- there is no cooler in the treatment building, so you have to carry water with you;
+ there is a minibus that goes around the territory of the sanatorium;
+ large indoor pool, sea water, warm water; and there is an outdoor pool;
- carpet on the floor in the rooms and in the corridors leaves the feeling that everything is saturated with dust, and everything is stained;
- torn towels;
- torn duvet covers, blankets stick out of them along the entire length;
- the room is smaller than promised;
- the closet is clearly designed for one or for guests with a short stay (and we are two for three weeks); by the way, the closets in the neighboring room are normal. So apparently, this is a lottery - for the same money, as luck would have it;
- the balcony is dirty;
- they do not give out beach towels and towels for Matsesta;
+ there is a kettle in the room;
- the room does not have what is usually included with the kettle - tea bags, coffee, sugar, and even a regular tray/napkin or any other stand for tea cups, jug and glasses; wet dishes have to be placed on a varnished table;
+ clean air."
