"Visited on New Years Eve 2022.
I simply love the Architecture and intricate design of the building itself.
The surrounding area had some nice ice sculptures music and Kiosks.
Not sure if some of it was just set up specifically for the New Year's season because in Nizhny Novgorod was appointed as the New Year's Capital of Russia for the Year 2022."
