"We came as soon as they published in the VK group that, supposedly, you can come on excursions, but observe safety measures, the pandemic is going on. 80 rubles for adults. Get off at the "LEP" stop (bus 22) and walk a kilometer, crossing the road. On the way to the garden, there is a pond and we came across ducks with 2 broods of ducklings)) The funniest thing is that at first they wanted to kick us out, there was absolutely no one to take the excursion with us (so call first, make arrangements), they allowed us to walk a little. Then they found us a tour guide Alfia, who showed and told us about interesting plants in the garden. There is a greenhouse divided into 3 sectors, there are both indoor plants and seedlings of flowers and shrubs for sale. I am as excited as a boa constrictor - I bought a monstera, salva and got a wagon of positive impressions. All the unfriendliness of the staff at first was forgotten. There are only 22 of them working there on 4.5 hectares (("

"The staff is completely disinterested in either customers or visitors to the garden. They're reluctant to speak and don't know the varieties of plants they sell. The answer is, "Read the price list." The price list also contains generic names, like "thuja." A tour of the garden costs 50 rubles. A "friendly" guard greets everyone entering."

Exploring the Botanical Garden
The greenhouse is a key feature, housing a collection of indoor plants and serving as a nursery for seedlings. This is also where visitors can purchase plants to take home. The selection typically includes a range of flowers and shrubs, making it a popular spot for gardening enthusiasts. However, some visitors have reported that the staff's knowledge about specific plant varieties can be limited, with generic labels sometimes used. It's advisable for keen gardeners to come prepared with their own research or to observe the plants closely.
Accessing the garden involves a bus ride to the 'LEP' stop followed by a walk, adding a small adventure to the visit. The journey itself can be pleasant, with a pond often seen along the route, sometimes populated by ducks and their ducklings, offering a charming prelude to the garden experience.
Visitor Experience and Staff Interaction
However, positive experiences are also reported, particularly when guided tours are pre-arranged. Visitors who have booked excursions have found the staff, like guide Alfia mentioned in one review, to be knowledgeable and engaging, significantly enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the garden's flora. This suggests that proactive planning, such as calling ahead to schedule a tour, can dramatically improve the quality of the visit and lead to a more positive interaction with the garden's team.
It's also worth noting the operational scale; with only 22 staff members managing 4.5 hectares, the team is stretched thin. This context might explain some of the perceived disinterest or limitations in service. Therefore, managing expectations and communicating clearly with the garden staff beforehand is key to a satisfying visit.
