It couldn't be more central, here is the intersection of two main arteries of the city - Severnaya and Krasnaya streets. The shopping center occupies two whole blocks. There are shops for every taste from clothing boutiques to interior salons and hobby shops. There is a food court, a cinema and a food court. In general, the place is worth visiting. Although it has no cultural value, it is a modern shopping center, nothing more."
