What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Old City Stary Gorod is praised for its unique Beer Museum and historic charm, offering a glimpse into brewing history. However, dining and bar experiences are frequently criticized for slow service and inconsistent food quality, leading some visitors to recommend focusing on the museum and beer tasting aspects.
"I give two stars only because the museum is good and the onterior is great.
The beer bar is AWFUL!!!
Beer is like water - not beer taste at all. You can imagine much more than a beer museum restaurant.
Service is SLOOOWWW - 10 mins for menu, 10 mins to bring beer. 50 mins for some fries and yes they were undercooked. We are speaking for only 3 tables with people in the bar.
Waiter absolutely inadequate. When you want to give feedback he just smiles and "yeah yeah whatever"."

"Right in the center, close to the theater, Red Square, the fashion house, and more. Delicious and affordable. Draft beer (various) (0.5 liters) costs 90 rubles (see the full menu in the photo). You can try all the beer varieties (there are five) for 150 rubles. The bar also has a very interesting beer museum. A highly recommended place to visit!"
Аркадий Барановский
"Whether it's a museum or a beer at the Old Town bar, the price is 150 rubles. They don't bring it right away, but I especially liked the dark beer."

The Unique Beer Museum Experience

The option to try all five available draft beers for a set price of 150 rubles is a popular choice for those wanting to sample. However, the food, such as fries, has been described as undercooked and generally inedible by some visitors.
