"We stayed in mid-May 2024!! I chose it based on location and price! The price was rock-bottom! 1,000 rubles per room. The rooms are clean, free of damp and mold, and there's a large kitchen area downstairs. The entrance to the rooms is from a large outdoor balcony, which is nice; usually, if you have one in the hallway, the morning starts with slamming doors and noise. The only downside is that my smoking neighbors moved in later, and they were practically smoking right next to my door and window. A designated smoking area is definitely needed, at least by the stairs. There's no designated smoking area, so you could designate it with a sign and discuss it when checking in to avoid making comments to your neighbors and ruining the mood. The location is excellent. The sea is 600 meters downhill, bus stops are in all directions, and 400 meters uphill. Magnit and tons of cafes are also a 10-minute walk away, directly to the promenade and the park with the dolphinarium and aquarium. Everything is super, the admins are absolutely fantastic, they listen to requests, even if they're unusual, they're practically invisible, but everything is under their control. They provided a transfer. The beach there is also fine, with a cafe and sun loungers for 500 rubles for the whole day. There are plenty of cafes. By the way, I liked Perekrestok better for snacks and coffee; it's on the promenade and has its own kitchen and cafe. The hotel is quiet, so you can sleep peacefully! You can choose the view from your window. Thanks to Marina, Anton, and Naria."

"We stayed at the "Kurortny Gorodok" guest house in 2016 and still have very fond memories. We loved everything, everything looked exactly like the photos, everything was clean, the bed, specifically the orthopedic mattress, was new and clean, very comfortable to sleep in, and the bathroom was very clean, and they cleaned it perfectly! "We lived in this hotel for 12 days in September this year. The staff is adequate and friendly. Clean, good bed in the room, plumbing. The dishes in the kitchen are very old, but these are minor things, in my opinion. There are really a lot of tents around, but they are easy to ignore.
