"On the way home we couldn't pass by the winery "Sikora Estate". It's not so easy to drive in, everything is guarded by gates. It's good that I called in advance and found out that you can drive into the winery and that there is a store there. When the guard heard that we knew that you can drive in, only then did he open the gate and show you the way. One word - YES! This is such a model enterprise! All the roads are paved with tiles, clean tractors with tractor drivers, like from an advertisement, drive and carry grapes in boxes to the winery, where about 10 girls manually put it on a belt that sends nails into the depths of the enterprise. Roses and lavender are blooming all around... just an idyll 😊😊😊
This winery is gravity, built according to the sketch design of the French architect Mathieu Brullon. At a gravity winery, the use of mechanical or other means of pumping grape must is excluded during wine production. All movements of wine material occur under the action of gravity.
The winery received the ZNMP sign - protected designation of origin. I don't know how this sign affects the wine, but we bought a 2015 Riesling, which has received many awards, to try.

"The best of all the wineries in Kuban that we visited (and we visited many places). First of all, excellent wines - Riesling, Rose, and Cabernet Sauvignon. We tasted 5 wines, the process was organized as comfortably and interestingly as possible - with a discussion of the bouquet, shades of taste. No one rushed or hurried (which, unfortunately, happens on such excursions). Very beautiful well-kept territory, modern production. A pleasant experience and the most positive impressions!"
