The staff's hospitality is often praised, making it a worthwhile visit for learning and family fun.
"The museum is divided in 3 floors, the first and second floor are for danube delta ecosystem and about fisherman lives in the past and the basement is an aquarium. The aquarium is not very big but it manages the space kind of good. You have plenty of fish to see and admire, including KOIs. We really enjoyed it and it was a fun visit. The price is around 5€, which I consider more than fair for what the museum is offering. Overall a very good experience and new things learned from the visit."

"Museum on the history and ecology of the Danube Delta. Somewhat outdated exhibition design. Interesting insights into the work and content of the fishing industry.
The aquarium offers many species of fish, but unfortunately they are not kept in a species-appropriate manner."
Stefanie
"The museum is relatively small, but also quite cheap and still interesting - which would makt it worth a visit. But the basins the fishes live in are very small and hardly offer anything for the fishes to keep themselves busy. I'd rather have paid twice the price to see the fishes live in a basin that more resembles their natural habitat."
