There were people at the residence, there was no delivery attempt what so ever, so the stamp again is a fake. Now in the afternoon the mailman just handed the notice that was supposedly left in the morning. How if the notice was left in the morning the mailman handed it in the afternoon? Another fake stamp. Horrible service and fake time stamps to comply and have good metrics, that's all I can think of for a reasonable explanation."
