Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Old San Juan's stunning historic architecture, vibrant colors, and rich cultural heritage. The forts are consistently highlighted as must-see attractions. However, some find the ticketing process for attractions cumbersome, and the heat and crowds can be challenging during peak times.

"Great facilities fundamentally undermined by profoundly flawed and ticket buying process replacing the direct ticket selling staff with a touch screen ticket machine that is so poorly designed staff have to be employed not to sell you a ticket but to help you navigate this process.

Overall a terrible, terrible user experience: for example, preventing you with a screen that requires a touch keyboard, yet none is programmed (see photo). And more staff being forced to work themselves out of a role in the long term. And where it’d of taken them a minute to sell you a ticket you both now have to spend minutes to do the same task.

If you want to enjoy your experience only buy your tickets online."

Peter Neal

"Clean. Easy access to the theater since you can either buy your ticket online or at the theater using their tickwt kiosks and no wait in line. Inside the theaters were clean and comfortable. As a senior, I can purchase at a special rate. Tuesdays there is a 20% discount. Prices at the concession stand are high."

Maritza Mirabal

"Well the day we went they had a summer camp group. What a nightmare. Only one attendant at concessions. I dont think they were ready for so many kids. Had to wait about 25 mins. Movie already started. They to have advanced ordering. Next time I will do that. Good movie theater."
