What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Praia do Malhão is celebrated for its stunning, wild beauty and legendary sunsets, offering a more remote and natural beach experience. While many praise its dramatic scenery and excellent surfing conditions, the complete lack of facilities and the very cold Atlantic water are common points of consideration for visitors.
"Very beautiful place. Quite powerful the Ocean Energy can be lerceived here. Of course out of weekend is better, but even on Sunday in high season was not over crowded.
Despite other review says there are toilets, I did not see any.
There is no pkace to buy water or sandwich
Bring your own. Before sunset 99% of people leaving the place missing the best part. Water is cold as this entire per the Atlantic Ocean coast in Portugal. No wind for kite surfing."

"Amazing hidden beach, beautiful waves, very few people (but I guess it’s still a bit off season, nice clean water. Just be aware, no facilités, so bring your snacks. Top notch👌🏻"
Pavla V.
"Super nice, albeit a little remote part of the beaches of the Alentejo. Not so much for swimming, but very nice for hanging out in the sun and listening to the waves. No infrastructure whatsoever apart from some official parking at the south of the beach."
