No one managing the queue for ages until they realised people would miss flights then they began to sort it. Staff at drop off nice though. Security check normal pace. The shops have a definite mark up over buying souvenirs and food in Porto itself, so don't wait to buy at the airport. Great little play area for kids near Gate 35."
