"This was a nice museum, I think would be good for children especially. We listened to stories on a radio type thing given to us and it was in our chosen language. Unfortunately quite a few bits were closed when we visited but I can imagine these will be cool once finished as the rest of the museum was very fun. It was extremely quiet we didn't see anyone else, it was a sensory experience and very calming. We learnt a lot about Sintra and the myths. A good experience especially if you have a Lisboa card to get you in for free. Unfortunately it wasn't too obvious how to get in and myself and my sister struggled looking how to get our tickets. If you're interested in going, you get your tickets from the tourist information desk."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. I personally heard the one who helped me interacting with people in Portuguese, English & Spanish.
We can buy tickets to nearby attractions online but bought tickets to Pena Palace here to be sure we got the right ones. Friends we were meeting bought Parque de Pena only (10€) vs Parque + Palacio (20€)"
