What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Benfica Museum for its comprehensive collection of trophies and memorabilia, offering a deep dive into the club's storied history. The interactive exhibits and the chance to connect with 'A Mística' are highlights for many. Some suggest allowing ample time and combining the visit with a stadium tour for the full experience.
"My son loved the stadium walk thru experience. The whole family enjoyed the visit. However, the experience was not the greatest when I bought the online tickets, the tickets took a whole 90 minutes to reach my email post purchasing them. The organizers should really have a look at the UI/UX experience. For one of the best clubs in the world a 90 minutes delay to send a eticket is not acceptable, time to challenge your IT team. But other than that it was really a breathtaking experience and the staffs were very kind."

"Wonderful guided museum experience by Andrea, highly recommended!
Loved the tribute to 1949 Turino FC team who perished in plane crash after playing Benfica"

"Even if you don't like football this Museum is a must - you won't learn anything about Benfica or football but for a borderline psychedelic experience I highly recommend! There are also several exhibits Marked with the interesting caveat of 'Not Real Item' and the information boards that guide you through the museum are very heavy on poetry but light on information of any kind. I must stress that I am being deadly serious when I say, at one point in the museum there is a picture of Osama Bin Laden and that very fact alone should intrigue you enough to visit. The most entertaining museum I have ever been to!"
