"Nos primeiros meses de 2024, o presidente da Junta de Freguesia dos Parceiros solicitou autorização para proceder à construção de um muro na estrema entre o meu terreno, o dos vizinhos e a estrada. Após a conclusão da obra, o meu terreno ficou repleto de entulho que, embora as fotografias não sejam de grande qualidade e a chuva tenha atenuado parcialmente, continua visível e por remover.
Adicionalmente, foi retirada a divisória que eu própria havia colocado entre o meu terreno e o do vizinho, tendo sido erguida, em sua substituição, uma estrutura que não corresponde a uma solução adequada.
Procurei, por diversas vezes, expor a situação junto do presidente da Junta, sem qualquer resultado. Contactei igualmente a Câmara Municipal de Leiria, onde me foi transmitido que se trataria de um assunto entre particulares. No entanto, mesmo depois de esclarecer que a obra foi executada por iniciativa do presidente da Junta, não obtive qualquer apoio ou intervenção.
Lamento profundamente que, num país, sem influências ou contactos privilegiados, seja tão difícil ver assegurados direitos básicos. O que se solicita é apenas a remoção do entulho deixado no terreno e a correta conclusão da obra realizada."

"0 edifício dos Paços do Concelho, inaugurado em 1910, foi a primeira intervenção do arquiteto Ernesto Korrodi em Leiria, esta em parceria com José Theriaga. O edifício foi concebido para albergar a Câmara, o Tribunal, a Cadeia da cidade e Aula Distrital.
A fachada principal tem uma decoração de inspiração clássica, com uma componente geometrizante. Na parte superior do edifício destaca-se o brasão com torre de três andares, dois pinheiros com um corvo em cima de cada um deles e uma estrela de três pontas. Por cima deste conjunto, encontra-se uma coroa mural de três castelos."
