We parked here for a few hours. The payment machine declined out card payment attempts. We called staff for help, who rudely told us "it wasn't their problem" and hung up on us!
We had to run around the levels by slow lifts/elevators. In the end, forced to take out cash to pay, but our charge increased by over a euro in the long time it took to sort it all.
Will avoid for the rest of the holiday - be careful!"
