"O Forte de Milreu é também conhecido como Forte de São Pedro da Ericeira, Forte de Mil Regos e Forte da Ericeira.
Fica situado na zona da Ericeira, no concelho de Mafra, distrito de Lisboa, em Portugal.
Este é o último remanescente de um pequeno conjunto de fortes erguidos por ocasião da Restauração da Independência e que serviria para a defesa daquela facha do litoral português.
O objetivo da sua construção era controlar o acesso marítimo à Ericeira pelo setor norte e também prevenir qualquer tentativa de desembarque na baía formada pela praia de Ribeira de Ilhas que ficam nas proximidades.
O Forte de Milreu apresenta planta retangular, com projeto de estilo maneirista, sendo a sua cobertura em terraço.
No seu frontispício encontra-se o portão de armas rasgado em arco pleno.
