What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the breathtaking and unique views from Cabo Girão Skywalk, calling it a must-see on Madeira. The affordable entry fee and the thrilling glass platform are major highlights. Some note that parking can be challenging and restrooms have an extra charge.
"The Cabo Girao Miradouro is well worth the considerable uphill drive needed to get to it. It's only €3 to get in (per person) but note that to use the restrooms is another 50c per person. There is a good cafe and gift shop on site too. There is limited parking however so whilst there are a few car parks they are small and this is a popular location so I advise visiting either early or late afternoon if you can. The views are simply remarkable. The height is immense and the views are something you cannot really capture on a photo, it's something you need to experience. Highly recommend checking this out when on the island."

"Beautiful spot with amazing views. Only 3 euro to enter. You can buy a ticket online in advance, or at a self- service ticket machine. There was a short line to buy the ticket on the machine. You enter by scanning a QR code on your ticket. There is an attendant there to help if needed.
There was plenty of parking when I was there, but it got a bit crowded after my arrival.
You can see a beautiful view of the coast and the ocean below. You can see neighboring small farms or gardens.
There is nice landscaping with pretty flowers and plants. Well maintained.
Shops, restaurants and bathrooms (for a fee).
I recommend it!"
