"Começa a ser cansativo ver que muitos professores não respeitam os próprios prazos que impõem. Alunos que entregam depois do prazo recebem notas melhores do que quem se esforça para cumprir, manter profissionalismo e responsabilidade desde já.
Parece que o “bonitinho no final” pesa mais do que o processo, o esforço e o respeito ao prazo. Então, fica a dúvida, vale mesmo a pena tentar ser profissional, cumprir datas e dar o melhor dentro do tempo estipulado? Ou é melhor simplesmente ignorar o que foi combinado e entregar quando der?
Quem passa por isso sabe que está num cenário injusto. Mas vale lembrar: no mercado de trabalho, ninguém vai te avaliar por uma nota. Vão te avaliar pela tua capacidade de cumprir prazos, entregar com responsabilidade e respeitar compromissos. Aqui dentro, outros podem até receber melhores classificações, mesmo entregando um dia ou um mês com atraso, mas lá fora, atraso é motivo de quebra de contrato e com razão.
