"For sailors:
Nice cute marina. If there is any swell predicted, ask if you can be on the docks more inside the harbor, there you almost don't feel the swell. The harbor master is at #5. Dock G is the guest dock. Bathrooms and laundry are in the little glass building with the restaurant in it and 1 on top of it, a bit of a walk. Bathrooms are BIG and plenty of them, warm water. Laundry is 5,- (40 to 90 degrees washing is possible and clean washing machines!) and also handwash available. And this is always open! (not like Horta) . Busses to the whole island go from the town square nearby, up the street. Snorkeling at the beach is most beautiful under the restaurant O Pirate where you can walk down the small stairs to the water. Or go for an afternoon sunbathing at the beach."
