What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bryjarka Hill offers a rewarding hike with beautiful panoramic views, particularly of the Tatra Mountains. Visitors appreciate the spiritual aspect of the Stations of the Cross trail. However, the lack of amenities and the potentially challenging, muddy terrain are noted drawbacks.
"A noce place with excellent view. Great workout to walk. The place is sacred for many so due respect is a must!"
Oleg Boyko
"Beautiful vistas, can see Tatra Mountains on the horizon"
Anna Kondracka
"A somewhat spontaneous ascent of Bryjarka proved successful. It was only 679 meters above sea level, with a vertical drop of 210 meters, but it wasn't easy. Surprisingly steep at times, with plenty of mud, rocks, falls, and moments of abandon. The Stations of the Cross markings along the trail make a certain sense. The numerous words of praise and appreciation for the 4-year-old from passing hikers fill us with optimism and reinforce our belief that it's possible... and indeed, it was, though not without tears. The descent itself, about 40 minutes, the ascent, an hour and a half, the views, and the mere fact of reaching our goal, somewhat compensate for the effort."
