What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Museum of Armament Citadel for its spectacular display of military equipment, both indoors and outdoors, offering great value for money. While the collection is impressive, some note a lack of detailed explanations for external exhibits and occasional closure of outdoor areas due to weather.
"Spectacular display of local armor, amphibious, air defense, artillery and aerial combat equipment. Has small arms and uniforms inside. Unfortunately does not allow pets. Sad face; they could have allowed dogs outside."

"Wonderful small museum with interesting collection of small arms guns grenades mortars uniforms bullets and a working tank periscope that you can try out. I wish the barn doors were open so you can see the tanks outside using the periscope. The sign says they keep it closed on hot sunny days (it’s was sunny in the morning then cloudy rainy when we came).
Outside you can see a few tanks in front of the entrance for free. Inside the gates area you’ll find Howitzer, mortars, anti tank guns, anti aircraft gun, a SCUD missile, more tanks, old fighter jets, bombers, anti aircraft missile and more.
We spend an hour there with small kids looking around. Could spend more if you want to read about everything.
15 pln for adults. Kids are free up to 7 years old. We didn’t book ahead just walking at the Citadel park then playground then restaurant then this museum."
