Despite boasting being disabled friendly, there were a few tricky passages with no ramp and both of the elevators were not working. Several elderly people were disappointed as well. I hope this gets fixed ASAP. I also advise the warning to be posted downstairs in several visible areas so that people know the elevators are out of order before they decide to spend the money."
