"At the Vistula Museum, in the Celejowska House and the Natural History Museum, among other locations, the "Inspired by Szukalski" Artistic Project exhibition is on view until August 25, 2025. It's worth seeing. In August, admission is free on Mondays. To make things more challenging, admission is on a different day each month. For example, the "Free Admission Today" sign faces the wall (???), see photo from August 11, 2025, 12:03 PM.
In the entrance hall is a bust of Tadeusz Bór-Komorowski (1955) by Stanisław Szukalski (1893-1987). The sculpture stands in front of the entrance to the restrooms and fire extinguishers. I'm not sure how to interpret this message from the exhibition organizers.
The Museum also has a wonderful exhibition of paintings starring Kazimierz Dolny. I encourage you to visit. I'd happily hang reproductions of some of the paintings in my apartment. P.S. The ruins of Szukalski's villa are in Albrechtówka."
