"It's a relatively new modern concert hall with good acoustics. I was there for a mix concert (dancing, staging, chorus singing and speeches making, yes ;) )
Why only 4 starts - it's a type of social modernism style - boring, as for my taste. But, apart from that, I recommend this place for rich and interesting cultural programme. Besides, there is a story behind its building :if I remember it right, it was one of the first fundraisers in Czestochowa to restore/rebuild the Filharmonia. Correct me, if I'm wrong ."
