"This is a great cathedral to visit. We managed to get in on the opening and closing of the black madonna during a mass, quite a spectacle to behold. Then we walked around the grounds and took it all in. There are crutches hanging on a wall from people who were healed, pretty impressive to see. Plus all the statues and artwork make it well worth the trip.
I will note, the bathrooms, or WC as they call them, caught me off guard. The men’s and women’s have separate doors that lead into the same area. Very awkward to have a sister walk out of a stall right in front of you just after entering the “men’s” restroom."
