What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the high quality of food. The spa facilities, including pools and saunas, are frequently highlighted as excellent. Some minor points for improvement include language barriers with menus and occasional issues with service timing.
"Ok, this is gonna take time.
First I want to tell you, that I'm a person working in gastronomy and service my whole life. I was in school focused on cook-waiter. I also have experience as front desk staff, so I'm probably more demanding person in this area. I also don't do the bad reviews, because I know, how bad and powerful this thing is and how people abuse it, so even though I'd normally give here only 4* I'm not going to do so and ruin the effort of all those nice people working there. They don't deserve that.
Now, to be objective I'll start with things that could be (sometimes) easily improved:
-you have a nice sauna on the roof, so why is there that hole under the door? For that reason it can never achieve that required 90°C
-same place - terrace. Why don't you put some lighter glass over the jacuzzi? So people can use it even in light rain?
-put on the terase hotel phone (if you can, of course) so people can order the wine from there. You will earn more money and people will be happier. Also put some service charge for that. I don't understand why I paid same amount of money as in restaurant downstairs, when they brought it to us up there. And leave those extra money for the service. Happier service means happier customers. Good to remember this one.
-Do other languages menu please!! People form Poland are angry, that we, In Prague, don't have polish menu. You don't have even English or Deutsch! Even with translator it didn't work out for us! At least English I believe is the least as is the most common language in the world.
-when I asked the reception, how long is food in restaurant available, he said 9:30. And because I'm not a duck, we came at 9. After 30 minutes waiting we were told that no more food. I mean there was one table beside us. Pls teach your staff to order the food first.
Now all the + I can say in one sentence, though it would deserve much more, but my phone is already starting to freeze.
+++ Very nice and friendly staff! Helpfull, patient, even with language barrier sometimes.
Nice and clean rooms! Hot water immediately! Good breakfast! (Except the coffe), drinks made with care. Pool, sauna, nice view from terrace from jacuzzi. One lady on front desk gave us even a bottle of prosecco at night and I know she didn't have to. I tipped her though, just hope it was enough, as she spent some extra time while looking for the bottle we wanted!
Thank you all! We enjoyed a very nice relaxing vacation there and it was because all of you!!
We probably see you again in future :)"

"From the moment you check into the hotel, you can feel the 'good vibe'!
I haven't experienced such a pleasant atmosphere and kindness in a long time.
The people who work here are wonderful – and most of them love dogs.
The hotel is huge, and a plus is that it's DOG-friendly. 😉
The food in the restaurant? BRILLIANT!
The zalewajka, pork chop, trout, Russian dumplings, and Caesar salad – all A+!
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The spa area is fantastic.
The jacuzzi and swimming pool with sauna on level 0 are just as impressive as the jacuzzi on the 4th floor.
My husband, Grażyna, and I send our regards to the entire team!"
