What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the hotel near Capones Island are mixed, with guests praising the friendly staff and good food, but some experienced issues with service flexibility and an uncomfortable check-out process. Others noted a lack of amenities and high costs for activities, alongside concerns about cleanliness and beach upkeep.
"I booked the room month ago and yet with that early booking they reserve a room with wall for a long stays guest. The guest room service is good. However the restaurant is lack of flexibility and unethical. I request to change the garlic rice to mashed potatoes and the response is i can order another mashed potatoes instead of changing it. The price difference is 50 pesos between garlic rice and mashed potatoes. Instead of request a guest to top up 50 pesos they asked to order another item. After I shared my disappointment then only they said can change for free."

"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Breakfast is good. Music in the restaurant should be a bit quieter especially at breakfast. Staff are super friendly like all Filipino people."
Jim Reeves
"While we appreciated the room upgrade and enjoyed the food, the check-out experience left a disappointing mark on our stay.
We were asked about a missing rubber door stopper and whether it might have been packed in our luggage. What made the situation more uncomfortable was being approached by three staff members at once, which felt overwhelming and entirely inappropriate. In most hotels, door stoppers are bolted to the floor or wall, not simply left loose, so we weren’t even aware it was something to look out for. I offered to return upstairs and search for it to ease the tension, but was told it wasn’t necessary. The way the matter was handled felt excessive and humiliating.
Although we were not charged, the experience was still embarrassing. I’m not sure if other guests overheard, but the situation left us feeling deeply uncomfortable. We’ve never encountered anything like this at any other hotel, and it’s hard not to feel that local guests may be treated with less courtesy. This incident left a lasting negative impression."
