"Magnificent!...and more than that. Small Island but really beautiful all around. You can't help but admire the beauty of the aged trees, palms, tropical plants, vibrant colourful flowers, white sand beaches and blue and turquoise sea water. An island worth visiting every now and then. Very welcoming residents, courteous neighbourhood and just happy people all around. Fishes are sold in a very cheap price, fresh catch every now and then."

"Talikud or otherwise spelled as Talicud Island is an island in the Mindanao group located off Davao City an adjacent to another large island which is Samal. One can travel to this place via an interisland ferry that originates in the Santa Ana wharf. Numerous resorts abound the island for those who wish to experience its gorgeous beaches."

"What an amazing place!!
If your expecting 5* hotels and luxury service stay away. This is an island for people willing to travel for that remote, Castaway paradise.
Travel from the pier won't be comfortable, it's on the back of a van with wooden benches. But I promise it will be well worth the sore bum!
After 30 minutes on concrete roads, muddy coarse ways and through tree lined gravel paths, we arrived at what can only be described as paradise.
On the banks of the crystal clear Philippines Sea, surrounded by trees and engulfed in the sounds of chirping birds and singing lizards, sits this traditional Philipino bamboo house.
Amazing, time just relaxing, swimming and hiding away from the outside world.
Awesome!!"
