You can explore the complex which was made of cobblestone. The whole vibe felt like you're not in Manila but in the streets of Europe.
The seats are for customers of the restaurants, it lacked public sitting area and could use more tables/chairs/benches unless the goal is just to keep people flowing in and out. Limited shade so plan your visit because it can get really hot and humid midday."
